We have a range of classes available to members and, on pay as you go, that cover all areas of fitness. Our classes include HIITSTEP; the multi award winning high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that only requires yourself and a step, CORE; our bespoke workout focusing on natural movements to improve core strength, stability and functionality, HIITCIRUIT; the 30 minutes HIIT workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle, YOGA FLOW; a dynamic class flowing through a series of movements with an emphasis on connection to the breath, STRETCH AND TONE; a class designed to combine flexibility and toning exercises to elongate your muscles, CLUB LIFT; our small group strength & conditioning circuits teaching you how to lift effectively, FLASH DANCE our Friday night dance exercise party and BOOTCAMP combining circuit training and functional fitness.
